These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyGuruu platform, including our website, mobile application, and other services provided by Guruu International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using MyGuruu, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our services.

  1. Use of the Platform

1.1 Eligibility
To use MyGuruu, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

1.2 Account Registration
You must create an account to access certain features of MyGuruu. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Using MyGuruu for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the platform’s security, integrity, or performance.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or MyGuruu systems.
  • Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or access to MyGuruu without our permission.

2.1 Subscription Plans
MyGuruu offers various subscription tiers: Pathfinder, Trailblazer, and Summit. Each tier provides different features and benefits, as detailed on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees for your selected tier.

2.2 Billing and Payment
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees and any applicable taxes.

2.3 Cancellation and Changes
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to MyGuruu until that time. We reserve the right to modify or terminate subscription plans at our discretion, with prior notice to affected users.

3.1 Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on MyGuruu, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Guruu International and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from MyGuruu without our express written permission.

3.2 Trademark Notice
“MyGuruu” is a trademark of Guruu International and is in the process of being registered with the relevant trademark authorities. Unauthorized use of the trademark or any associated marks is prohibited. All other trademarks, service marks, and logos used on MyGuruu are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3.3 User Content
By submitting content to MyGuruu, including feedback, suggestions, or other materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with our services. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to submit such content and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4.1 Disclaimers
MyGuruu is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding the platform, including but not limited to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

4.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guruu International shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, MyGuruu, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory.

5.1 Modifications to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of MyGuruu after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

5.2 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to MyGuruu at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use MyGuruu will immediately cease, and any accrued rights or obligations will survive.

6.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

6.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of MyGuruu shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Barbara, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.
